Advocacy
We undertake advocacy work directly from clients or on referral from other law firms, whether in Canada, the United States or overseas. The nature of our practice is such that many of our lawyers are seasoned advocates, with experience in a wide variety of civil and administrative litigation and before courts, arbitration panels and tribunals in several Canadian provinces, as well as internationally. Our approach is pragmatic and flexible. We provide not only representation of parties before courts and tribunals but also advice on procedure, evidence and litigation tactics. We respect referrals from other lawyers and established lawyer-client relationships.
